In the winter of 2022, we were asked to be part of this dynamic team to convert a former chain restaurant at The Lynnfield Marketplace into a one of a kind dining destination. This new Mediterranean eatery, by James Wierzelewski and Matthias Kiehm, now serves as an anchor to this outdoor shopping center with a future patio planned for 2023. We worked closely with the Interior Designer and CM team to execute design details that transform the space into a unique and intimate setting.
