The Kokeshi restaurant brings one of a kind Asian street food to Salem. Kokeshi is housed in what was once a commercial laundry facility. It is now home to a fun, whimsical, and vibrant restaurant that serves delicious ramen and Asian-inspired small plates to be shared at communal tables. The kitchen is housed in a reused metal storage container with greenery growing around its edges. The true centerpiece of the space is the cast-in-place concrete counter-top bar which snakes along the length of the space and is faced by candy apple red metal panels.
